NUTT Amsterdam is a small start-up company. Our goal; a better sustainable clothing world. And of course it can also happen with us that your unique NUTT Blazer is not what you expected it to be. Sorry but no problem! Simply return your NUTT.

But before you do , we want to share this with you: an important difference with NUTT and large clothing stores is that 'your NUTT return' is put back in our shop. This does not happen at most large clothing chains because it is simply cheaper to have the 'returns' destroyed or put on another 'side pile'. We don't want that. We do things differently and we think that's good news. Another difference is that NUTT is still a small company and therefore the return postage costs are for the buyer. That is less good news, but as soon as we can grow we will adjust this rule and those costs will be for us. Hopefully you understand this. 

Would you rather not buy online? Then visit our home studio in Amsterdam. Easily make an appointment via 'contact' and simply experience the blazers yourself. And that while enjoying a nice cappuccino or tea. We'd love to see you!

 

Can I return the NUTT blazer? It's a pity that you don't like the blazer, but sending it back is no problem! But because NUTT is still a small company, the return shipping costs are for the buyer.

Within how much time should I return it? This must be done within 14 days of the purchase date.

How can I return the blazer safely? Send your NUTT Blazer neatly and dry, in the original packaging with a track & trace code to: NUTT Amsterdam, Korte Ouderkerkerdijk 5c, 1096 AC Amsterdam, Netherlands/ Nederland. Take a photo of the track & trace code and send it with your name and the name of your blazer to +31 651330295. This way we also know that the blazer is on its return journey.

When can I expect my purchase amount back? As soon as we have received the blazer in good order, we will refund the amount to you the same day. If we don't have your account number for some reason? Then we will contact you by mail and that way it will be all right.

When will my amount not be refunded? If we do not receive the blazer back or it is not in the condition it was sent to you (for example, we see that it has been worn or has traces of damage), we will contact you. Because in that case we cannot hang the blazer back in our shop and cannot refund the amount to you. We ask for your understanding for this.
